This position reports to the Salon Manager and works closely with other beauticians to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized salon environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide beauty services to clients, including styling, coloring, and treatments.

• Perform various skincare treatments, such as facials, exfoliation, and waxing.

• Offer nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.

• Upsell beauty products and treatments to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with other beauticians and hairstylists to create a cohesive and enjoyable salon experience for clients.

• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff.
